1.2 Items must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date.

1.3 To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, undamaged, and in the same condition that you received them. Items must also be in the original packaging.

2. Non-Returnable Items

2.1 Due to the unique and handcrafted nature of our products, we do not accept returns if a customer simply does not like the item. Please carefully review product descriptions and photos before purchasing.

2.2 Custom orders are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

3. Return Process

3.1 To initiate a return, please contact us at within 14 days of delivery. Provide your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for the return.
